PLV Advance Business Consulting delivers online training through a secure Learning Management System (LMS) to support learning integrity, participant verification, and audit readiness. This page explains how our online delivery aligns with professional CPE/CPD expectations (including SIDC CPE, FIMM CPD and HRD Corp, where applicable).
1) Identity & Access Control
- Participants access the programme using individual login credentials.
- Shared accounts are not permitted.
- Access to course materials, live session links, and assessments is restricted to registered participants.
2) Attendance & Participation Verification
- Online learning is delivered in a structured, time-based format aligned to the approved programme duration (e.g., 4 hours).
- Attendance and participation are monitored via LMS access records, login activity, and session participation evidence (where applicable).
- Participants are required to attend the full session(s) to qualify for recognition.
3) Assessment & Completion Requirements
- Participants must complete required quizzes/assessments to demonstrate learning outcomes.
- Course completion status is controlled by the LMS (completion is not issued manually without meeting requirements).
- Partial attendance and/or incomplete assessment does not qualify for CPE/CPD recognition.
4) Records & Audit Readiness
- The LMS maintains records of participant enrollment, progress, quiz attempts/results, and completion status.
- Training administration records (where required) are maintained for audit and reporting purposes.
5) Data Privacy & Consent
- Participant personal data is collected only for training administration, access control, and reporting requirements.
- Where session recording is required (e.g., for claims/audit), participants will be informed and consent will be obtained during registration and/or before the session begins.
